How to Pay at IAA Canada

Paying at an IAA location

Visa or Mastercard can be used for certain fees (Registration, Pull Fee, Late Fee, etc.) up to $500. Authorization forms can be faxed or emailed to any IAA location.

1. Select vehicles from the “My Vehicles – To Be Paid” section.
2. On the method of payment page, select “Pay with Credits.”
   1. Available only if the invoice total is lower than your available credit.
3. A confirmation page will show a bill of sale and gate pass once paid.
4. Any remaining credits will reset and display as a new total for future use.

1. Send e-transfers to AR_CA@iaai.com from your online banking account or app.
2. Include your Buyer # and Stock #(s) if not paying the full balance.
3. Payments are processed M–F, 8 am to 5 pm ET and may take up to 2 hours to confirm.
4. If your Buyer # wasn’t included, please forward the confirmation email to AR_CA@iaai.com with your Buyer #.

*Check with your bank for daily, weekly and monthly transfer limits.

Bank of Montreal customers can transfer funds directly from BMO accounts to IAA Canada. Notify the respective branch of the incoming transfer (phone, fax or email) and specify which auction and Stock #(s) are being paid. Vehicles will be released immediately upon payment confirmation.

IAA has partnered with Automotive Finance Corporation (AFCdealer.com) to help buyers leverage capital and expand their purchasing power. You can floor your won vehicles directly from your Auction Center account as a payment option.

1. Log in to your online banking account or app.
2. Go to Bill Pay → Payment Management → Add Payee.
3. Search for "IAA" and select it from the list.
4. Enter your Buyer # in the Account Number field.
5. Complete the payment online.

*IAA receives payment info from your financial institution at 5 pm ET on the day following your payment submission.

IAA Canada accepts Telpay for Business as a safe and secure electronic payment method. You can manage all business payments in one place. To get started with expediting payments and releasing gate passes faster, contact sales@telpay.ca.

Make a cheque or bank draft payable to IAA Canada and mail or courier to your nearest IAA branch. Notify the branch of which auction and Stock #(s) are being paid. Vehicles are released upon confirmed receipt within IAA’s payment terms. Confirmation of delivery can be tracked online for some couriers and Canada Post.
